This is a lovely hotel in a superb location for exploring round the west end, Botanic gardens and indeed to get anywhere in surrounding area. The hotel is charming with period features and bright, airy and clean rooms. It manages to combine the right mix of traditional, Victorian grandeur with a modern, luxurious feel. The breakfast was delicious and particularly... more

The Belhaven Hotel is a beautiful old building, an easy bus ride from the City Centre and a short walk from the West End shops and restaurants. I was particularly impressed by the very helpful manner of all the staff. A hearty breakfast is served in a magnificent room which doubles as a lounge/bar where guests can use the hotel... more

Good free parking right outside hotel, can leave car there all day and only a 5-10 min walk to West End and nearest tube, Ashton Lane and some lovely restaurants. Friendly staff and a warm atmosphere with pleasing decor and a very good breakfast. Internet access on computer in the lounge from 5 -11pm to check emails etc. Although our... more

I was recommended this hotel by the organisation I was visiting for work. I found in fine for a nights stay in Glasgow and very cheap. The location is very good, only a few minutes walk from one of the main shopping streets. A taxi there from Central Station was about a tenner. The hotel is quite small, warm and... more

Stayed for five nights while attending a conference in Glasgow. I must have had the tiniest room in the world, tucked away in the bowels of the hotel down an awkward little flight of stairs next to the kitchen. The room was boiling hot, and the window couldnt be opened. In a lovely area though, and a nice breakfast every... more

Seeking a night away from life but living near Glasgow my significant other and I booked a night here along with some activites in the bustling west end. The quality of the Belhaven took us both by surprise though and we wish we'd spent more time in the hotel! Massive rooms, great service and the comfiest beds I'd slept in... more
