My colleague and I stayed for 2 nights, twin room B&B. Spacious room with 2 king size beds and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was a treat and cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly and professional. The location is ideal. We will defiantly stay at the Belhaven again. Well done and keep up the standards.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting friends. Booked late on booking.com and as usual allocated the most tired room. Nevertheless, it was spacious and comfortable and staff were very welcoming. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the west end, in a beautiful old townhouse. Astonishing value at £50 per night for two people. Buffet... More

Me and my partner stayed here for 1 night and the hotel was lovely. Clean, friendly and spacious. We booked the premier room that had a 2 person spa bath which was great to relax in with a glass of wine. Breakfast in the morning was great and staff were very welcoming. Price was extremely reasonable. Parking isn't the best... More

My partner and I loved our stay at this hotel. Really impressed by the hospitality of the staff who were clearly keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room was fairly big and had a nice homely feel to it.

Booked this hotel through laterooms about a month and a half ago. My girlfriend and I were extremely excited for a night out in the West End. Unfortunately, two days before we were meant to stay we were informed that our room had been double booked and we could no longer stay there. Very disappointed as we had actually paid... More

Dear Guest, I am very sorry your room was double booked. An issue with communication between LateRooms and our reservation system occurred which resulted in a double booking. As a guest had booked before you we felt it was only fair to give them the room instead of yourself. I accept the double booking is our responsibility but I do... More

Just returned from the hotel from a very short one night stay. Hotel is as prev mentioned tired, but find most hotels like this usually are. Bathroom small, shower head didn't stay in place so had the keep it up. Bedroom was a great size and clean. Our room was a double and it came with a hairdryer , iron... More

Dear Guest, Location is excellent, even for ourselves it's great to be working in the west end of Glasgow. The park is minutes away, most of the best restaurants in Glasgow are located here and you get the perfect balance of things to do whilst staying in an area that is quiet. Thank you for your lovely comments and we... More

I've just spent five nights in the Belhaven, in Glasgow for a conference. I was travelling alone, but booked a double room, and definitely appreciated the space, of which there was plenty. The room was comfortable - maybe a little tired, but I think they're gradually being upgraded, and certainly nothing that was particularly problematic. Bathroom is small (I'm not... More

Dear Guest, It was a busy week during the conference! I'm happy to hear you had a great stay and we really appreciate you taking the time to write a review. Hopefully next time you can have more time to enjoy the attractions of the city rather than being here for work. Kind Regards, Bal More

Expected the room to reflect the rest of the hotel. Instead it felt like we were 'dumped' in the attic.. Looking at the other rooms below us, our room was not at the same standard at all. There wasn't a window in the bathroom that we could open and the window in our room was high enough that we couldn't... More

We stayed the night here. The room was massive with a Jacuzzi double bath and shower. It had all the amenities needed and a wonderful view of Botanic Gardens. The breakfast next morning was really tasty and service was friendly and super efficient. Will definitely be back!! Real value for money and best hotel we've stayed in :)
