The staff were friendly but the room was very dated. The room service I ordered was totally burnt. When I complained it was taken off my bill but really who would serve it in the first place? The breakfast was pleasant but I wouldn't book here again.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the kind comments regarding the staff. I do enjoy working with my team here and they do their very best to ensure guest comfort. I was informed of the burnt pizza and I agree it should never have been served. The member of staff has only been with us for 2 months and made a... More

My boyfriend and I stayed a few nights for his birthday and we were both impressed. The room was well decorated and spacious, and the couples bath was a massive bonus. We both slept really well and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. As it was my boyfriends birthday they... More

The hotel is located very conveniently in the vibrant West End of Glasgow (rather than the city centre). The staff are very friendly and welcoming. My room was of a good standard and I was happy with pretty much everything - just one very odd thing they do... If you want a tea and coffee tray in the room you... More

Arrived on a stormy, wild and very wet afternoon, a little lost and bewildered. Were shown to the attic room via a crazy staircase into what must have been the maid's room. Simple and plain, but pleasant. The bathroom was very well appointed. We enjoyed a night out in Glasgow's west end at the Oran Mor, (just minutes away) followed... More

Lovely Victorian building. When it says a 10 min walk to city centre add an HR, very out of the way. Looks nice in the pics but very dated. Bathroom we had has shell shaped bath and sink from 1970's, decor very sad, paper coming away from walls, no tea making facilities in room and £3.50 per cup of tea,... More

Nice enough for the price but having to pay extra for tea and coffee in your room a bit much! Parking also horrendous at front, way too many cars jammed in every available inch and pot holed road a mess. Nice cooked breakfast and friendly service.

We stayed for one night over a weekend. The hotel is situated outside of the main city centre, opposite the Botanic Gardens but you can easily get a number 6 bus directly to it from the centre, or drive and park at the hotel. Four of us shared a family room which was clean and spacious, with a small bathroom.... More

Stayed here for one night while on business in Glasgow. Simple and comfortable hotel. Decent sized single room. Only issue was that room was off the main staircase and guests coming in late and mailing noise was disturbing. But a minor issue really. Excellent breakfast.

We booked the 'Executive Suite' - not actually a suite, but a huge room and fantastic nonetheless. Rooms clean, staff are brilliant and breakfast excellent Only problems we encountered were small ones, you have to pay for tea/coffee making facilities (only £3.50 per day), but the room was so well priced that this was not an issue; however it wasn't... Came here for my 20th birthday with my boyfriend and stayed in the room with the hot tub, and it was amazing!!! Couldn't fault the place, hotel was lovely, jacuzzi bath was amazing and food was very good. The guy working that night attended to our every need, making us cocktails, delivering prosecco on ice to our room and food... More
