Hotel was in a convenient location for me. Room was clean and everything worked hot water heating TV etc. although on the small side. Staff were friendly and helpful.Breakfast was very good.

Stayed here after being let down by some nearby apartments which were appalling. The rooms were not huge but sufficient for our needs. Good location in the West End and very convenient for the SECC. Breakfast was fantastic with a very good choice. Shame about the weather but we can't control that.

Must say this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in in Glasgow and would highly recommend. comfortable room and the breakfast was most excellent (and the best porridge Ive tasted). The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to staying there again on my next visit to the city.

Clean and warm room with free wifi plus helpful reception who lent umberalla in foul weather! I was disappointed the restaurant ( a reason I chose the hotel) was closed as the chef had left and I had to resort to take aways twice but breakfast was good and staff again helpful.

We stayed at the Argyll Hotel on our way to the Highlands for Hogmanay. The hotel was clean, warm and very, very comfortable. Breakfast was really good, described as "buffet" and went well beyond our expectations with choice and value. Staff were very friendly and professional. Definitely recommended.
