My boyfriend and I stayed here as a stop over on our way back from the Scottish Highlands. There is no free car park as advertised however there is on street parking which is free as the hotel provides you with a permit. The rooms were average but not spotless, more attention to cleanliness would not go a miss. The... More

Second visit to the hotel for a 2 night break. Use comparison sites as you can get this hotel a little cheaper by shopping around. We paid £144 for our break in the main hotel, double room, with breakfast included. Hotel is basically fine. Rooms are average size, flat screen TVs, tea making facilities. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean, shower not... More

We booked a double and were given a huge triple which included a dining table and chairs along with a sofa. Staff seemed nice and helpful. Beautifully decorated. Really comfortable. Good powerful shower. Nice touches include generous tea & coffee supplies. Wifi was absolutely excellent. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't try it. Only a few minutes walk from... More

We stayed here on a last minute deal and it was extremely comfortable, with friendly staff and free wifi. The room was clean but they had forgotten to put towels in the bathroom, though as we were only staying the one night we only mentioned it in the morning so that they didn't think we had stolen them. The reception... More

Dear Sir/ Madam Thank you for your comments on trip advisor. Apologies for the towels but if you had mentioned this to any member of staff they would have brought towels to your room. This was our first visit (myself and my daughter who has special needs). Had read mixed reviews after making our booking and was a little worried...Good location for West End/uni and City Centre. We also had the dual aspect room (3 single beds) Comfy, quiet and spotlessly clean, thought it was absolutely brill, excellent value, staff friendly and obliging. Thought the Scottish... More

This was our second visit and was even better than last time. I shared a huge triple-bedded, double-aspect room with my daughter that was lovely and clean. High ceilings, big windows and plenty of space made for a light and comfortable room. We paid slightly extra for breakfast and that was thoroughly worth it as it was genuinely the best... More
