The location is on the western outskirts of the city. Perfect for us because its just by the Gart Naval hospital where my partner was and I could easily visit or take the short journey into Glasgow by train or bus. I tried the train, the entrance is a little hidden. Walk across the front of the hospital in the... More

Cannot rate this hotel highly enough, was so impressed from the minute I arrived. All of the staff, from reception to housekeeping, were so friendly and were obviously very well trained. The interior of the hotel was lovely, and so cosy. The room was comfortable, really clean and a very good size. Was very impressed, especially as my room was... More

Myself and my family have stayed here on many occasions and continue to do so when needs be - it is in the perfect location. The rooms are ideal in space and have all the amenities you need. The beds are also very comfy - the only criticism is that it can be too hot sometimes but that really is... More

Stayed here for one evening and would recommend - on the outskirts of the city close to the west end( a lively place to be any time) bedroom had a double and single bed- spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Bedroom small but ideal for a single traveller- staff courteous- didn't try the food but a brasserie with reasonable prices was... More

Rooms are good and pond view from the room Is very soothing. Beautiful ducks . 24 hour store dowstairs makes it useful. Except for the distance from the city try centre, it is all vry good . Prices are very good . Lowest in thatclass of hotels .

Many years since I stayed here, booked through Hotel.com ideal position for our champagne lunch at Hotel du Vin which was no more than 10 minutes walk away. As others have said a little shabby from outside but well maintained inside with friendly staff. We stayed on a B&B basis and were not disappointed. Our room on the fourth floor... More
