Stayed here for 2 nights in Jan,everything was perfectly adequate, used 2 different rooms both were clean and tidy and had all the facilities that I required, parking was easy and the city centre was close by,if anybody has issues with mobility, Renfrew St is not the place to be staying!had B/fast on 1st and to be honest it was poor,there... I booked this hotel for a little cheap Christmas break. Booked it for 26-29 December and thought as it was priced the same as Premier Inn on Argyle St it would be just as nice, how wrong I was. The hotel, well lodging, was well below the description on Booking.com and the pictures don't even match the rooms seeing as... More

I was expecting a lot worse after reading reviews. The staff was very friendly and even one of them posted my post cards for me. While not the best rooms in the world, they were cozy and did the job. The double room was tiny and squished and smelled of fresh paint. There was no remote but the tv was... More

Booked this hotel hoping we could have an enjoyable stay in Glasgow and my partner and I were both off the next day which is a rare occurrence. After we booked this I then looked at the trip adviser reviews and to say the least I was worried about our stay, but, I thought we will give it the benefit... More

Last minute need to stay in Glasgow forced me to book a room here at £110 for one night without breakfast (it was the cheapest available hotel near to the city centre). We were given Room 19 on the top floor: a tiny room made even smaller by having a shower room crudely carved out of it. Small double bed... More

I have stayed in many hotels in my life being old enough to remember Faulty Towers and John Cleese , but this takes the biscuit . Dirty, tap came off in my hand, shower didn't work properly, location is rough, the bedsits adjacent don't have curtains and the car parking you read about you buy scratch cards to display if... We spent £425 for 3 nights with breakfast awful. We booked a small double and it was SMALL. They forgot to mention that small also means dirty walls mould in bathroom , window panes cracked rotted window sills. Dirty carpets. Throughout the building the carpets are thread bear and dirty. Paint work is dirty and flacking. Wallpaper pealing off the... More

Unfortunately, this hotel is not what it say's on the packet. The displayed photographs have very little to do with the accommodation offered, the telephones failed to work properly, the cleanliness was wanting and the entire establishment leaves a lot to be desired. As it is the week of the World Gymnastic Championships, the price of a room has been... More
