What a WE ! very nice place to stay, there is a pub just closed to the hostel, very well located. Nice staff and clean. I really liked the tea in the room as well as the biscuits. I enjoyed the stay !

It's a clean hotel. People very kind. Wifi doesn't work and there's a very noisy pub just below the rooms. The rooms are not noise isolated properly, you get to hear everything from the outside and other rooms. In contrast the location is perfect.

The only nice thing i have to say about this place is that the two men at the front desk were very nice. everything else about it was horrible. We considered booking a different hotel for the night we were going to stay there. The wifi didn't work.

Refurbished? Are you having a laugh? This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Filthy carpets on the stairwells up to the top floor, no lifts. A double bed squashed into a single room. No room for a lamp. Bed was on a slope or it was sloping. The duvet cover was threadbare. Crumbs on the carpet which... More

Alright for a quick nights stay, full of homeless / foreign travellers wanting cheap night. Take earplugs as can be very noisy. Booked double room and was given room with two sets of bunk beds which wasnt ideal. Location - first class.

Location Excellent, friendly receptionist but thats about it. I stayed with my wife in room 24. The bedroom was about 12ft by 15ft most of which was taken up with the bed, furniture consisted of a free standing 2ft by 2ft by 8ft high wardrobe (which a previous guest had decorated with a penknife), a small occasional table (loose legs)... Went there with small group of friends at the start of February. The staff are quite friendly when you come in which is always a bonus. The room we got wasnt the best but for a group of lads who are only using the room mainly to sleep it was all that we needed. The bed itself was grand and... More

I stayed here with a friend as I was going to see a gig in the evening, after looking through reviews I was a bit worried, but figured it's a place to stay, we were greeted on reception by a lovely receptionist and made our way to the room, it was pretty small but it was a place to sleep,... More
