Where do I begin, honestly thought I had walked into a set for a horror movie, everything about the hotel is awful, upon arrival the reception was very decieving. (if only the whole hotel was like that!) you couldnt swing a cat in our room and you fekt kuje tiiy were going to fall constantly as the room sat on... More

5 guys heading to Glasgow for the AC/DC Concert at Hampden Stadium so my mate books the St Enoch Hotel, says he got a cheap deal.... As expected, 5 of us in 1 room on metal framed squeaky bunk beds. Its a miracle they never collapsed and every time you move it squeaks and creaks. Toilets/showers were stinking and filthy... More

This Hotel is a real abomination. It's located just above a pub and a kebab restaurant open until 4am. because of that it smells food and burned oil in all the rooms. Can't sleep at night because of the bus station just under your windows, the drunk people who go to the restaurant and the smells. The rooms are really... More

Excellent central Glasgow location and superb value for money. A friendly efficent check in, clean comfortable bedroom, and a good shower, also very clean. Bit of noise from the street, and a few stairs to negotiate. Would definately stay here again

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Booked a triple and got a bunk room, shower filthy with mould, no hot running water. Spoilt a great night at SEE Hydro, could not get out fast enough in the morning. It was not worth the money we paid. I would advise people to avoid at all costs.

Great friendly hotel, very central to Buchanan street, ideal for all the best shopping and the Royal Concert Hall. Basic accommodation but good value with discount off in hootananny next door. Good value for money overall. Live music some nights.

Honestly don't know how this hovel is allowed to stay open! There is nothing to recommend it - from the surly reception staff to the stench that permeates throughout! Bedrooms slope and furniture is held up by bits of wood! Thick mould in the bathroom and wafer thin quilts covered in dubious stains. This dive gives Glasgow a bad reputation!... More

Overcrowded rooms that will make it hard to sleep. The room I stayed in used to be a double room and for some reason the managers thought it would be a good idea trying to fit 8 people in there. Obviously it was not. Well, I mean, somehow they got to fit the beds, but they're so close together you... More

We walked through pouring rain carrying our packs to finally arrive at this hotel at 5 pm which I had booked through Booking.com 3 months prior. An unfriendly receptionist told us she no longer had a room for us because Booking.com had not been able to verify my credit card. I found an email from Booking.com that said regarding my... More

I am warning you, this hotel is appalling, avoid at all costs. From stains on the bedding to hairs on the shower head and under the covers hidden. We were brought fresh linen, but it's was not in our interests to touch the bed any further, so we left and spent the night waiting in mcdonalds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
