Booked knowing that for £24 it is not going to be hte Ritz! Friendly checkin. Tea, coffee and biscuits in room. Not the cleanest place and could do with redecorating but ok for the price. Great location in the city. Car parks nearby. Only noise was the seagulls!!

Stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend for a stag party. There was 26 of us in Glasgow for the weekend 20 stayed in the premier inn and the 6 of us in St Enoch. Price for us going was an issue so we found this place and it was what looked like. Location wise it was perfect couldn't... More

Stayed for a night when coming up for Commonwealth Games training. Great location in town, close to the station. Stayed in a 4 person dorm- small room with bunk beds but nothing I wouldn't expect. En suite bathroom was very small but had everything you needed. They provide you with a free breakfast in the morning which was unexpected. All... More

After some searching for a room with a double and single bed (travelling with a disabled senior citizen) St Enoch Hotel was located on Asiarooms and described as "Glasgow's newest budget hotel..." and being, "..a newly refurbished budget hotel...". Photographs depicted the room type sought and what appeared a pleasant basic hotel. A superior room for 3 was booked against... More

While the staff were very welcoming / helpful with information on parking and a place to have a discounted meal. but that's is far as it goes, the room was very basic and was not that clean, walls had tea/ coffee stains, and looked as it had bits of plaster broken behind the wallpaper. bathroom door had a hole in... This hotel is for backpackers who don't want to camp out , no more no less!! I never go for expensive hotels because usually the cheaper ones are great but the metal shaky , bent bunk beds and no where even to sit without banging your heads in the room is rubbish. Horrible room , if you don't believe me... More

Cheap room so wasn't expecting much. No good for disabled as there is no lift and just one big spiral stair case. It's nothing glamorous but does for a cheap nights stay. In the morning there's a breakfast bag at your door containing milk, cereal, and a carton of juice. Location was good as not far to towns night life.... More

I feel obliged to review this hostel as I've spent weeks dreading staying here due to all the bad reviews. 3 of us stayed here in a 4 person private room for 3 nights (yes 3!). The location is perfect, can't get any closer to the shops. The lady on reception was friendly and let us store our luggage in... More

The staff here are friendly and the location is fantastic but the general state of the building and the rooms is terrible. On arrival there was no water and I was told I couldn't flush my toilet for the next couple of hours, I went to try and get some sleep and was woken twice by a maintenance man come... More

I booked the hotel because it was the cheapest shared dorm that I found im Glasgow. The price was included with breakfast (cereal, milk and juice) in paper bag. We got clean towel everyday. And the location is very close to a mall and subway. However, the room was a little bit too cramp. There was no door for the... More
