What a filthy dirty disgusting "hotel" this place is. Carpet had not been vacuumed, dirty used linen on the beds, dust everywhere, and the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed never mind the lack of a lock. Booked a twin room but we were given a room with 6 bunk beds in. No idea why. Passed what we thought to be... More

The hotel was filthy and the beds a joke. I tried to sleep on a thin saggy mattress in an iron bunk bed that creeked when you breathed too deeply. The bathroom was dirty, the rooms dirty and chewing gum stuck on my friends bed sheet. We felt really disappointed and angry such a place could exist. Absolute nightmare -... More

There are people that would describe this hotel as a ‘value or budget’ hotel. There are also people that state the world is flat and the Royal family are in fact 7ft tall lizards living in human costumes. I have travelled around the world and in terms of 3rd world accommodation this is at the top of the pile and... More

Stayed 4 nights in a private room. The staff was ok but wouldn't solve your problems like WiFi signal issues and took them 2 days to change the kettle. The beds are not so comfortable but the housekeeping service was ok. The don't have a secure room to keep your stuff in case you check out, it's just a store... More

The room we got was pretty small, but had its own bathroom. It is definitely a hostel, not hotel. We needed a cheap place to stay in for one night in the center of Glasgow and for this it was a fine match. Do not recommend for longer stays.

Beautiful rooms, clean bathroom, nice shower, free soap, cookies, tea, coffee and towels. Wish our room had another outlet though, and wifi was really slow. Staff was friendly. They do have a luggage room for before you checkin/after you checkout. It isn't locked but if you have a luggage lock and do not mind leaving your stuff you might prefer it... We stayed here for one night with a family of five. You get what you pay for,it's a budget hotel rooms are small and basic. They were clean ,just a bit tired looking. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Staff were lovely.

Where do I begin, honestly thought I had walked into a set for a horror movie, everything about the hotel is awful, upon arrival the reception was very decieving. (if only the whole hotel was like that!) you couldnt swing a cat in our room and you fekt kuje tiiy were going to fall constantly as the room sat on... More

5 guys heading to Glasgow for the AC/DC Concert at Hampden Stadium so my mate books the St Enoch Hotel, says he got a cheap deal.... As expected, 5 of us in 1 room on metal framed squeaky bunk beds. Its a miracle they never collapsed and every time you move it squeaks and creaks. Toilets/showers were stinking and filthy... More

This Hotel is a real abomination. It's located just above a pub and a kebab restaurant open until 4am. because of that it smells food and burned oil in all the rooms. Can't sleep at night because of the bus station just under your windows, the drunk people who go to the restaurant and the smells. The rooms are really... More
