Recently stayed with a large group for two nights. It has the odd perks of a hotel (TV, Towels, Soap, Kettle and Biscuits) in your room, but I would probably class this more as a hostel. Bunk beds mixed with double beds for 4 people per room (singles and doubles also available!). The building is in need of a little... More

Spent two nights in this place with 3 friends. We previously have booked online 2 twin rooms, but when we got to the room, we saw that they had two bunk beds, we asked the receptionist and we managed to cancel one of the rooms and stay all together. Which saved as some money. So I thought the receptionist was... More

We just stayed for the night for a bit of shopping and sightseeing. The location is great and it has a great fish and chip shop next door! It smelt a wee bit damp and the room was more like a youth hostel. The beds were clean and very comfy and we got a great nights sleep. Could do with... More

The beds were horrible - impossible to have a good nights sleep. The shower was cold and bad. But it had an awesome location - and the pub next to it was great and it was cheaper when you stayed at the hotel (not much of a hotel - more just a cheap hostel)

By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. On arrival told that our room was not ready as 'the builders were in' whatever that means. Then our superior double room being a pig style with 2 bunk beds. Mold absolutely everywhere, stains all over floor & bed sheets. Had to drink 20 pints of cider to numb the pain... More

We arrived at the hotel on Monday 11th January around 7. We had been let down with our room at the patient accomodation of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital so therefore I had booked the Hotel in quite a rush and hadn't had a chance to look at the confirmation properly. The gentleman behind the desk said that I had to... More

After having a conversation on the phone with one of the staff members of this 'hotel' I am left absolutely shocked. The man I spoke to had more attitude than a two year old deprived of a nap and started throwing legal statistics at me when all I wanted to do was discuss my cancelled booking, part of this conversation... I was looking for a cheap hotel for 1 night and I found this 1. It is in a great location with loads of shops around it and the train station is 5 mins away. The room was basic but very spacious, the beds were comfortable and the room was warm. The bathroom was compact but had a shower. Staff... More

I was recently booked into the St Enoch Hotel having gone to Glasgow on business. Since the Christmas markets were in full swing, accommodation in the city was hard to come by; this was not my usual type of booking. However, it was at least accommodation at a busy time of the year. The lady at the desk was welcoming... More
