Entrance is tucked away in the middle of a side street. Check-in staff is very helpful. Staff seemed to be looking for a way to be helpful if an inquiry is made! The drawback to having a hotel room in the midst of the pub scene, is that the pubs empty out at 3AM -- and you'll be reminded of this as the revelers stagger home. the fraser suites in glasgow are a fantastic hotel. the location is superb, in the merchants district. great restaurants and bars are within walking distance. the rooms are very nice. my room was located on the top floor so i was not bothered by any noise. rooms are extremely spacious. have not seen anything like it so far, the room... more

Our studio was large and well furnished with a nice galley kitchen. Full bath and shower, but no shaver power points in bathroom. Conventient paid parking next to the hotel. Our room was at the back of the hotel so we didn't have much outside noise, but we could hear every footstep from the room above. more

Had an amazing visit. Rooms were spotless and very modern. all appliances worked..unusual for any hotel/appartments! Very central to Glasgow City. Staff very helpful and friendly and I'm going back this year in Aug 2009. I will stay in Fraser Suites every visit to Glasgow. more

Came up to Glashow for my first time there, and looked around many of the hotels on expedia, and Fraser suites kept coming up as an option.. Stayed here 3 nights in february 09. Room 204 2 bed apt. Although the apartment was fine, clean and well equipped the floorboards above were really noisy. this wasn't a problem on the first night as we'd all had a beer so slept soundly but for the rest of the stay it was a real pain, especially late at night.... more
