Stayed here with my partner for 3 nights. Upon arriving 4 hours before check in, the staff were more than happy to look after our luggage while we explored the town. The building itself was very modern, stylish and in a lovely location. Our room was a good size - lots of storage space. The bed was comfy and there... More

We stayed 2 nights a Fri and a Sat. I had read some reviews so was a bit worried . Shouldn't have worried as I had no complaints at all . Room was lovely very clean with plenty of sockets etc . I had asked for an extra key as I read about heating etc so this worked out perfectly... More

My partner booked this hotel due to location of the Hydro, this was a surprise birthday gift, and quite frankly was left disappointed. Having arrived the lobby and bar area looked very good, when we went up to room the disappointment set in, he had booked a queen room, but was given a very small double on 3rd floor, which... More

Stayed for one night. Good for the price considering the location, although few issues and you essentially get what you pay for. Room was nice but was freezing when we entered it and it took over an hour with the heating on before it reached a reasonable temperature. There were also issues with the shower, with the water being lukewarm... More

Stayed here on a DBB deal. £10 dearer for valentines night which was fine. Dropped case off in the morning to be told we did not have a reservation. The reason being they could not spell my 1st or 2nd names correctly. A mystery considering they had my full name on my e-mail address. Room was really nice though a... More

stayed valentine's day on a DBB deal, paying the hotel a £10 supplement being valentines, but found this very good value for what we received. Reception staff very helpful , indeed all staff where and meals very good. My only gripe being with our room (215) freezing cold and noisy from street below, so not much sleep even after several night... More

This hotel was great value for money the room was clean , tidy and in a great place of the city . The only down fall would be the prices at the bar £4 for a glass of coke which is a little over priced but apart from that it's a lovely hotel . I am going back in March... More

The staff are excellent very helpful, we stayed on Friday night and departed Saturday morning on reception they were so helpful and nothing to much trouble. Breakfast was good, again in the restaurant they were so helpful. The only complaint we have is that on Friday night we where staying on the 4th floor and the noise through out the... More

My stay at this Hotel was absolutely terrible from the moment we arrived. I received two calls before arrival asking for my card details as apparently 'booking.com has lost them'. I gave them both times, I then arrived at the Hotel and was asked once again? How many times can you loose my details? I also requested a room with... More
