I booked this apartment through Qantas Hotels in Australia months ago when I realised I needed one extra night in Glasgow and at the time I could not start my next booking one day early. A Qantas email came through and this was on offer so I took it since it was central. I had to pay upfront but I... More

Booked through Venere.com. Paid over the odds as during Commonwealth Games. Studio was cleanish but poorly/cheaply furnished - broken mirror/light bulbs not replaced. No 3rd bed as booked but staff found one - discovered later from someone else s room - they came back to find bed had vanished! Initially couldn't find apartments as no mention of Beresford Building on... More

When I stayed here the new management had just taken over and they were very accommodating and friendly. Great value for money and would definitely use again :-) the manager was very helpful and service was second to none. This is not a super fancy spa hotel but an apartment on sauchiehall street. I expected a lot less for the... More

This hotel was a disgrace, no signage, no towels, broken toilet, broken shower, broken bed - no help from manager- and yet they pushed into our apartment on morning of departure and demanded the keys back - dont stay here you will regret it!!!!!

I would rate this zero of there was the option! Check my other reviews, I am a very fair reviewer. Where to start? Please check out my photos as they say it all. In fact, I am so appalled at these 'Award Winning Luxury apartments' that I am taking this up with Glasgow City Council, as I would hate for... More

myself and 2 friends were due to stay here on Thursday 20th February (tomorrow) and were told last night that the apartments were closed for maintenance. They also cannot offer us a suitable alternative and their only suggestion was 1 friend stay in 1 apartment block and then the other 2 stay in another apartment block! This is not a... More

Horrific … We where booked in here for one night 1/2/2014 2 adults and 2 children. This place really is a biohazard, holes in the walls , broken electrics, empty tampax boxes wrapped up in a stained quilt in a cupboard in one of the rooms. The door had been kicked in at some point and repaired by stuffing the... More

No one was available at reception. Called the mobile number provided on the door and no one picked up. Eventually gave up and booked at a neighbouring hotel. Shocking, I don't know how they are still in business. No explanation, no refund, NOTHING! Take heed of the majority of bad reviews and stay elsewhere.
