We have had 2 experiences with Upstreet. In 2007, we booked with them and stayed for a week in Glasgow at their Argyle Street apartments. Everything was great, and we decided in January, 2008 to book with them for a return trip that summer.

I made a reservation on January 28 for a 17 day stay beginning in August. In June, I emailed to ask a question about the apartment, and was told that we had been moved to their West apartments, about a mile out of city center, as there were "water problems" in the Argyle Street building. We accepted that, as the new location was still in a good area, if slightly less preferable.

3 days before we were scheduled to leave the US, I called again to arrange check in, only to be told that when Upstreet moved us to the new location, they had neglected to inform the property manager.
