We were allocated a lovely room with views to the river. common areas of the hotel are excellent and the spa/gym looks good (though we didn't use it). Check in was efficient and we had tea in the patio garden which was good and the service excellent. Dinner in the hotel was excellent quality, but the waiting staff were hopeless.... more
