The hotel is very conveniently located close to Charing Cross station. It's only a 10--12 minute, most interesting walk into the George Square and the centre, but the station means you can pretty much go anywhere in the Glasgow area very easily. We dealt with four different receptionists during our visit. All were welcoming, friendly and went out of their... More

Pros: - The hotel is in a quiet area & easy to get to. Quite close to some really nice bars & restaurants. - All the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and very helpful. - The room & bathroom were clean. - It was cheap, but maybe there was a reason for that... Cons: - The hotel is... More

Hotel is coneniently located - takes about 20 minutes to walk to Kelvinhall Museum and about 15 minutes to the centre of town. Welcome on arrival was very good. Room was at front of hotel which we were pleased with as we were aware that large scale construction is taking place at the rear of the hotel.unfortunately, the level of... More

The hotel is located near Sauchiehall Street and is about a 10-15 minute walk into Glasgow centre. On arrival, the receptionist who checked us in was at the end of her shift so registered us but didn't give us any information about the hotel facilities or ask us if we wanted breakfast as we had not booked this. She also... More

It's hard to give this hotel a lengthy review when the only thing to be said is to avoid it! It's location is excellent, just off Sauchiehall St and beside Charing Cross Station. It's exterior is fine if slightly dated with pleasant staff at the desk. The room was particularly small, there was very little space between the desk and... More

Overall felt this hotel was reasonable value for money. It's "biggest" feature was the size of the rooms. They are massive the photos are an indication of that. The staff were friendly and helpful. We fortunately didn't have any trouble with the demolition work nearby. The wifi was a tad spotty but fine. Rooms: Large and comfortable, plenty of heating,... More

Outside the window, scarily close, they are demolishing old office blocks. The noise, dust, and mess are something awful - don't stay at this hotel until the demolition is done (and don't listen to any nonsense about this being 'building work" - it aint). See photo! Oh, and the wifi didn't reach my room, had to go to the foyer... More

I had a lovely stay in this hotel back in April. The room was nice but very small and it got too hot at night. Breakfast was okay. They could have made it better if they wanted to as there was not much choice food wise. However, the staff were friendly and the hotel is modern and clean. The location... More

Stayed here with my husband for an over night We arrived and our room wasn't ready, staff took our vag to put in our room and gave us a complimentary drink. We ordered breakfast in our rooms for next day and it was lovely. Very spacious room with beautiful bathroom
