Horrible hotel undeserving of the lovely location across from the beautiful kelvingrove. Staff extremely rude and unhelpful. The rooms are tiny and dated. There was a communal toilet and shower room which we where unaware of and the sink in the room is inches from the bed. Please do not stay here unless this is your last possible option!!!!!

Terrible room bed crushed against a wall. Window had the black n yellow tape covering a huge crack unbelievable . Breakfast was awful eggs like rubber and bacon so salty you'd think it was kept in the Clyde all night . Wifi although given the password for 3. Different ones none worked in the room

I have just returned back from a horrible stay at this hotel. I'll start by saying I NEVER complain about anywhere but I was that appalled by this place I feel I have to. One priority of my stay was to find somewhere with wi-fi. This hotel claims to have that and uses it as a selling point. THREE different... More

Stayed for two nights with friends. The decor of the hotel needs seriously updated, carpets were dirty and threadbare. The room was small with our bed pushed up against the wall. It could do with douuble glazing as when we put the window down we felt we needn't have bothered because it did not block the noise from the street... More

We booked very late when we stayed overnight when the Commonwealth Games were on. It served the purpose, but glad it was only one night. We had a room in the roof space with broken window and basic furnishings. Generally all a bit tired looking, but no real actual complaints. Breakfast quickly served and plentiful,

Nice hotel but dated. Nice personal who try's their best with limited equipment. Time the owner invests in his personal, equipement and the building itself but really nice stay. Wifi some time only downstairs at reception.

So this hotel is well located for bars, restaurants and park. And that is the best that can be said of it. The internet did not work, except in lobby, and I was fobbed off with excuses every day. On first night (room 26) I was kept awake by screaming pipes much of the night, the receptionist didn't beleive me... More

The location of this hotel is excellent however the hotel itself is definitely below par. The towels and bedsheets were covered in stains. On request the towels were changed although the response, tone and looks from the member of staff who replaced them were less than satisfactory. The staff in general appeared to be bone idol and they did not... More

We had a triple room for 5 nights as we were in Glasgow for the commonwealth games and charged £1800. The room was not clean when we arrived and then not cleaned during the stay - the shower was very unpleasant with soap in the dish from a previous guest . The shower was a nightmare and never worked -... More

Overpriced at £550 for a quad room, but we only wanted it for 4 adults for 1 night after going to the Commonwealth Games at Hampden Park! In saying that, we only had 2 cups, 2 glasses & 3 bath & hand towels..we had room 40, which was up god knows how many floors, and with no lift, carrying suitcases... More
