My wife and I along with some friends spent only one night at the Old Course Hotel; however it was an enjoyable and memorable stay. The views from this hotel were amazing. The front desk staff was very friendly and even escorted us to our room, which was a nice personal touch. We received great, friendly service from Thomas in... More

My husband and I visited St Andrews to select a hotel for our Ruby Wedding celebrations. We always find you can tell a lot about an hotel by just ordering tea and coffee. We were shown the way to the Road Hole bar and I ordered a white coffee (they do not serve pots) and my husband a pot of... More

We had a room right on the 17th hole with a great view the entire course. Everyone about the experience was first class. Very comfortable room with a wonderful shower and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious - a wide range of delicious food to choose from. The Jigger Inn connected is a great place to grab a bit to eat or... More

My husband and I stayed Saturday/Sunday for a birthday treat. This was one of the best hotels stays we have encountered for a very long time. ALL of the staff were extremely friendly, polite and could not do enough for us. The room was beautiful, the food & drinks were great and the SPA was pure luxury. I love this... More

Visited friends in St Andrews for the day and stopped at the Old Course Hotel for lunch. The service was excellent. Three of us had poached salmon, which was delicious and the fourth member of our party had fish & chips which was plentiful and tasty...his plate was left clean as were ours. Enjoyed an incredible view from the restaurant... More

We stayed at the old course hotel for a golfing break. We were in a suite over looking the old course. What a great room seperate sitting room 2 bathrooms, lovely decor. Perfect location for watching the golf admiring the sea and that famous stretch of sand in chariots of fire. The staff couldn't do enough - especially the team... More

I went with a group of young friends for a "baby shower". The setting couldn't have been nicer. We were seated in the conservatory overlooking the green, and a phone call in advance had secured us some balloons and favours at the table. The tea menu was offered straight away (no need to ask, as in some other establishments), and... More

Recently stayed for the fourth time at the Old Course, this time we took some close friends. They could not have been more impressed, from the greeting at the door, suite overlooking the 17th, spa treatment through to dinner at the Sands Grill. It's the little things that really stand out like the welcome back card sitting awaiting our arrival.... More
