I booked a stay in this hotel to celebrate my fiancees birthday. We stayed in Turret Room 5 (which will be the requested room when we book again!). Stayed in this hotel over the Easter weekend. We were staying with another couple and their baby. The staff really could not have been nicer or more accomodating to our every need. The gardens are beautiful, the drawing roms relaxing and peaceful and the restaraunt was excellent. Really lovely touches in the rooms too like the 'Do Not Disturb' bears... more

Stayed a couple of nights mid week. We had a nice room on the top floor that also had a lounge area. Very clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Don't delay your trip to the home of golf any longer AND stay at the areas best hotel. We only had one night there recently and really enjoyed our stay. Recently spent the night at Rufflets in the Orchard Suite to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. Have to say it was a fantastic night - the suite was beautiful, we had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant, and waking up to snow in the morning made it even more special! more

Had overnight in Rufflets hotel with friends. What a fabulous hotel! Very relaxed atmosphere but staff attentitive when needed. Beautifully furnished and well cared for. The gardens were wonderful and again well looked after. Our meal was supberb with again excellent service from staff.
