The location is 2nd to none. Almost opposite the 18th hole at St. Andrews. 1 min walk from the beach. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Pancakes are superb.

Stayed here during the Dunhill Links Championship, when rooms elsewhere were short in supply. .We went for one night and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable it was clean and quiet. We had a lovely view of the sea and the breakfast that was included was brilliant and there was lots of choice as to what to have. The staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints.

Had a great trip, will be nack next time i'm up, the guys behind the bar were great. The bedrroms need a wee bit of work but the bathrooms were fantastic. Good food both for breakfast and at night and for breakfast

the accomodation is in a great location with the seafront and golf course at the end of the road. the new owners are very friendly and helpful. they are doing a great job. there is a good atmoshere in the bar. breakfast was excellent !!!
