A beautiful guest house with fantastic amenities. Our room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed. Quality toiletries we supplied as well as a 'small glass of whiskey' , juice and water. Breakfast was the best we have had at a B&B - a very good range of options offered. Extremely friendly couple hosted our stay and I would... More

Really loved this beautiful guest house. Everything immaculate with fantastic attention to detail. Had a small single room, but very nice and cosy. Had 2 lovely nights sleep. Liz and Jim have thought of everything. All high quality including the beautiful breakfast cooked by Jim. Nothing too much trouble. Stay all over the UK and can say it's one of... More

Just stayed one night in a single room. Lovely room with everything I needed. The hospitality tray included juice, water, biscuits and hot drinks. A very quiet peaceful night's sleep. The Scottish breakfast which I'd ordered the night before was delicious and there was also a good choice of cereal, fruit, croissants and yogurt available. Great to have free wifi.... More

Spent two nights as a solo traveller and was made extremely welcome by Jim and Liz, who clearly love their job. The guest house is spotlessly clean, my room was comfortable and well equipped and there are lots of choices for breakfast. This is one of the best B&Bs I have stayed in.

I stayed here just for one night whilst working and I have up day this was the best guest house I have ever stayed in. Hosts were welcoming, friendly and chatty, their accommodation is beautifully clean and very generous for the cost of the room. Breakfast cooked by Jim was excellent and set me up for my working day .... More

We stayed here for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Jim and Liz are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel as though you are part of their family. The room we were in was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It had a Queen bed, tea and coffee making facilities, juice, an LCDTV, a trouser press... More

We spent our last 3 nights of our 3 week trip to Scotland at Pitreavie. It was the icing on the cake. Jim and Liz are the best hosts. They provided a beautifully decorated, immaculate and very spacious room along with delicious breakfasts. Jim and Liz took time to chat with us and made us feel so welcome. It was... More

Booked my Aunt to stay overnight to attend wedding. Well, she cannot stop talking about how much she loved it!! She has begged me to write this review for her as she's 'no good with those gadgets'. Owners Jim n Liz very friendly, it's like a home from home they make you feel so welcome. The breakfast was plentiful with... More
