This is a modern (ie new) Holiday Inn Express, on the outskirts of Dunfermline, handy for the adjacent motorway going north or south. Big bedroom, shower but no bath, average smellies/drink sachets, satellite tv, and continental breakfast. Lots of free parking, with a big 24 hr ASDA across the road. A good overnighter but nothing else to commend it. more

The location is good--a mile or so from a train station with free parking. It's a short train ride into Edinburgh. The room was clean and nice, and we had no problems. There was no extra charge for calls made on our calling card. more
