We spent the night here so we could get to the Edinburgh airport easily in the morning. We had a difficult time finding the hotel since Dunfermline is full of dead ends and endless roundabouts. We had to come in from the south, which was much more convenient anyway. The very helpful staff at the reception desk navigated us over... more

We booked a 3 night stay at this hotel over the New Year with friends. We had a great time with a Hogmany dance on Wednesday and a Race night on Thursday. The staff were very friendly and obviously respected and liked their manager. Leisure centre - both gym and pool excellant. Dunfermiline is about 3 miles away and took... more

Stayed at the Keavil House Hotel between 06/10 to 10/10 then between 13/10 to 17/10. Rooms The first week, I was in the older part of the Hotel. The room was comfortable but slighlty dated. The room was clean and I would have to compliment the House keeping staff on their standards. The second week, I was in the newer... more

We went to a wedding at this hotel so we got a discount. The room was fantastic and we had a lovely view out the window. The complimentary toiletries were wonderful, and the whole room looked luxurious. There are spa facilities as well which we didn't use, but the wedding was great and the food including the breakfast was top... more

Spent two nights at the hotel on business. The room I had was tiny and I would have hated it if there was two of us in the room. The service provided was OK, breakfast was poor but dinner was of a decent standard. The leisure facilities were the best part of the hotel. I would probably stay elsewhere if... more

I have stayed at the Keavil several times now and would recommend it as a central point for exploring Edinburgh and Fife. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The bathrooms are lovely and clean. Breakfast is fantastic and the restaurant food is first class (if a bit pricey). Add to this the pool and gym and it makes... more
