A previous reviewer complained about a smokey atmosphere, well it appears that all Falkirk hotels are now smoke free (as of March 2007 according to a note left in the room) Usual Premier Travel Inn, we struggled to get the room cool enough and we've had this problem at Travel Inn's before, maybe they need to start fitting proper air-con.... more

I've stayed at this hotel twice now. First time was a few years ago and there were no problems and I really enjoyed my stay. There is a Brewers Fayre pub right next door which serves good (if very standarised) food, apart from that and a petrol station there is nothing else in the area. But it makes a good... more
