The Inchyra Grange Hotel seems rto play a large role within the local community -there area number of suites which appear to be used for business meetings , weddings and the like - the local Rotary Club are based here. The swimming pool and beauty facilities are well used by non residents. The location of the hotel looks good on... more

Just had 2 night Travelzoo Spa break here with 3 friends. On the whole the hotel was very good; there are however a few areas that could be improved. The rooms were fine, nicely furnished and clean and very comfortable beds, The "champagne" included in the package is actually Cava, however it was very good. On arrival we ordered paninis... more

First the positive stuff: I stay regularly at MacDonald hotels. They're usually a solid bet. They offer good value for money and decent standards. A few weeks back I took advantage of a Travelzoo spa weekend offer. The hotel is overdue a refurb - tiles missing in the steam room, tatty and dated furnishings, a lift that belongs in a... more

This hotel isn't in the worlds best location - its on the edge of Grangemouth near several large petrochemical plants. However the hotel is lovely. We only stayed for a night but I'd recommend this to anyone passing by or wanting to stay between Edinburgh and Glasgow or near Stirling. The rooms are large and comfortable. MacDonald hotels are usally... more

Stayed here for a week mid-June with work colleagues. Having read the reviews I feared the worst! Pleasantly surprised. Reception, dining room and bar staff were helpful and friendly. Room (second floor) was basic but clean with comfortable bed. Beverages and biscuits were restocked daily along with a bottle of sparkling water. Bathroom was also immaculate with powerful shower over... more

We stayed here Friday to Sunday after booking via Travelzoo. The offer is £99 per person for 2 night stay, breakfast, dinners, spa treatment each and champagne and strawberries in room on arrival. Was worried about going anfter some awful reviews below, and being so close to the refinery. So here's my opinions! Yes it is opposite a refinery, but... more

I stayed here on business for two nights in May. I was slightly nervous about staying here again after the last stay and the service being disappointing. But this time I was really impressed - the food and service in the restaurant was faultless. In my previous review I spoke about the location and rooms, but in summary, you are... more

I started my travel from Belfast to Scotland. I had booked a return trip through Stenaline for a two night hotel stay.My journey started as early as 5am. I looked forward to relax with the spa facilities and to enjoy close proximity to Edinburgh for some sight seeing. I reached the hotel around 2pm after a pleasurable drive but was... more
