Stayed for one night on business with a meeting room booked for the following day. The restaurant menu was good and definitely great value for money. Couldn't fault the service in the restaurant or the food. Staff were helpful and did a great job when sorting the meeting room out. Rooms were good size and clean. Would stay again when... More

Nice hotel but noisy central heating even though it wasn't turned on. I could not be moved due to hotel being full. But overall very good value for money.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.

This place is OK if you need a bed for the night but it is in desparate need of renovation as quite run down. The room was clean enough and staff friendly, but what really let the place down was the state of the restaurant at breakfast time, which was quite dirty. Even the tables set ready to eat were... Room was clean and tidy, but it was also looking tired and dated. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly but a couple of them could benefit from a few lessons on how to smile :). Food in the restaurant was served in a timely manner, and was good value for money. The lift is very small and very... More

Good service experienced during our stay in this excellent hotel. Ideal location for us as tourists. Both the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies are within easy reach and a must visit destination. Falkirk town centre is only a ten minute walk away as well.

This hotel is near both Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh so a good location for touring the area. It has a large free car park, good free internet and has a restaurant with a very reasonable 3 course menu. The breakfast is standard and the rooms are basic but clean. Overall a reasonable value hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights choosing the bed and breakfast option. Superb beds (huge) and great food, the staff even remembering that my wife was gluten free and offering her the gluten free bread at breakfast, the next day. Totally practical for a couple for a few nights, the service being excellent.

We stayed here for 1 night and had a lovely time. Hotel is in walking distance of Falkirk town centre as well as being on l bus route. Rooms clean and fully equipped. We had evening dinner in and it was beautiful. 3 courses for £12 and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of dishes to choose from as well. We... More
