This is a nice new Travelodge, it's only downfall is it close proximity to the M9. Make sure to ask for a room at the front when booking inotherwise be prepared for a long night listening to traffic noise!!! It's very handy for Beancross Hotel Restaurant which is very reasonably priced and the food is very good. more

The lodge is very clean and minimalistic. Every thing you need for an overnight stay. The room was spacious and had a bed settee, we had booked a family room. Efficient check in and out. Rooms to the rear of the lodge very noisy due to the A9 being so close. Great restaurant at the front of the lodge called... more

Nowadays, it's hard to find a family room for 2 adults, a teen and a young child. Travelodge Falkirk gave us what we were looking for...a clean, reasonably priced place to get a good night's rest. The room had a double bed (the usual European style that I find a bit too hard) and an interesting sofa/trundle bed that was... more

As part of a cheap Travelodge Tour of Scotland, we stayed in this Hotel - booking it for £19 on the internet. Firstly, the Sat Nav took me to the Premier Inn and Pub down the road on the same postcode. The Travelodge is a bit further up the road from the Motorway Junction. It's situated near to a restaurant... more

I stayed in this Travelodge with my girlfriend just recently and found this hotel to be just your average run of the mill Travelodge. My girlfriend wanted to have a night away from the parents for Easter weekend, however we are on a tight budget so we did our usual by booking a nearby Travelodge to save pennies and spend... more

New build, new furnishings, modern and in a nice quiet location. We got the room booking on the £19 special rate and I have got to say I would have paid the normal rate for this travelodge. Previously when we visited family in Scotland we stayed at the M80 Stirling and paid nearly £80 per night and it was disgusting... more

We stayed in the newly built (Dec 07) Falkirk Travelodge as this was half way between Edinburgh and Glasgow and ideal for travel to both. We chose Travelodge because of its reputation for giving you a good deal due to their money saving policy of not providing unnecessary complementary items such as shower gel etc, which was ok because we... more
