Lovely owner ,place is spotless,great choice at breakfast and great location,you couldnt ask for more only problem we had was beds are so comfy we wanted to take them home,im planning to go back to edinburgh and will def be staying here again

Conveniently situated near bus route into Town and near a main road with restaurants. Could walk to Princes Street at a stretch. Large, comfortable room and bathroom which was warm. Free Wi Fi link, nice breakfast. Parking was on street, free evenings and week ends but £1 an hour otherwise.

I found The Robertson's location absolutely perfect and the Bruntsfield area of Edinburgh is ideal for the Meadows and getting around the city centre, very friendly staff always helps!
