Would have to agree with all the positive comments here. Sadly, I lost on the toss of a coin and ended up in the patio room, while my friend stayed in the Lairds! We stayed in the Patio room with the twin beds and were very cosy. Great location and was a great jumping off point to walk the whole of Edinburgh on the Saturday and handy with it's own front door.
