We stayed at Balmore during the Rugby World Cup and most of Edinburgh was full up (which meant a slight price hike for the weekend). The room was clean and modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Only down side was the bathroom - the shower was little more than a trickle... more
