First time in Scotland, we found the Aynetree Guest house very welcoming and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hosts very helpful. It is situated a short bus ride from the main heart of Edinburgh, but we found this no problem (even with two small children) as local buses were regular. Only wished we had booked a... more

We stayed at this lovely B&B for a few days during the festival. The room was very clean and well presented, very cute. The full Scottish breakfasts were a fantastic way to start the day- delicious! The hotsts are very friendly and helpful in any way they can be. Our only criticism would be that the room was a little... more

They were always giving you advice and indications of how to move in Edinburgh.... more

We had room 5, Brian e-mailed us we’re gonna have room 3. Than as we arrived, Ann told us we could change our room 5 after... more

We had a fantastic stay at Aynetree Guest House. It was excellent value and only a short bus journey to the City Centre. The owners gave us lots of advice about things to see and do in the area, and I would recommend it to everyone. Louise and Olly, Bristol more

Date: 4/6/08 Reviewer: Tom, Brighton UK Lovely guest house and good friendly service. The owners demonstrated a good knowledge of the area and were more than willing to assist with any questions we had. The bedroom was lovely, clean and cosy with a very good en-suite shower. The breakfasts were a real highlight and will be missed. I would recommend... more
