Nicely decorated clean rooms with friendly staff situated a 20 minute walk from the city centre. However, the well advertised 'chef' cooked breakfast was a big disappointment... edible but that was about it! Good for a short stay but would recommend trying a local cafe for breakfast. more

A great property, and well run business. Comfortable, simple room with good breakfast served in a one hour timeslot. A fair walk into the city centre, along road works in preparation for Edinburgh's tram system, but the property is on a quieter side street. Gay and straight friendly. I'd stay again. more

The Ayden is a great B&B in an ideal location in Edinburgh. We stayed there for three nights last month and couldn't have been happier with our stay.
