What a lovely place! The room is nice & clean with the windows to a lovely garden. Very quiet and peaceful. Not far from the centre - 10 minutes walk via beautiful park just near the house. We stayed here during the Edinburgh festival. The location is excellent, 10 minutes walk from the castle. The owners are friendly and relaxed. Having breakfast in the room was lovely and it was an amazing continental breakfast with an array of fruit, youghurts, cheese, bread, cereal, juice, tea and coffee. We would definately go back. more

It is a wonderful surprise, when somewhere turns out to be better than expected, and this was the case with the Lauriston Park.!
