The people here are extremely friendly and accommodating. It may be a small room or it may be up a few floors, but the service and location were great. Clean and a very good Scottish breakfast. Would definitely stay there on a return trip. Great value during Fringe Festival. more

This hotel was clean and comfortable, with a big breakfast, and a very nice price (compared to the others available). No lift (elevator), so if you have trouble carrying your luggage upstairs, you may want to request a room on the ground floor. more

I would avoid this "hotel" completely, the rooms are in serious need of updating. The bathroom was tiny, not very clean and the shower was just a trickle, bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful.
