This accommodation was adequate with good facilities, including the power shower, smart TV and nice kitchen with good appliances. There was an issue with the door to the building however, as the lock is currently broken. Be that as it may, lock to the apartment was working fine and the apartment also has a chain. Also, if you are a light sleeper, just a warning that the doors and floorboards are very creaky.

Very clean apartment close to the city center, everything within walking distance, parking available onsite and close to local bus services, 500 meters from Princes Street and 2k from Edinburgh castle, everything you could possibly want in an apartment, fully functional kitchen that we used on a couple of occasions.

1. For the same price I stayed at a tinny B&B with tinny rooms earlier, I got a very spacious quiet 2 Bedroom apt. with a will equipped Kitchen with two very convenient Supermarkets nearby. 2. Something I really appreciated is the bedrooms are dark, so I slept well. 3. Excellent water pressure. 4. Strong wifi signal, but speeds can vary during day. 5. Check in is a bit of a pain as it is not at the property itself, but nearby, keep an eye out for instructions in your e-mail. Hotel staff however was hilarious and helpful.

This is a well located and nicely furnished apartment with everything we needed for the stay, the bed was comfy and a little starter pack of teas, coffees and milks had been left for us - nice touch. The hotel staff were very helpful when we collected the keys.

Had a very enjoyable stay in apartment No.8 on top floor corner with open-plan layout in living room/kitchen and two bedrooms. It was bright and sunny and overlooks the Lothian bus station though we were not disturbed in the slightest by their arrivals and departures. Fairly decent blackout curtains ensure darkness at night and double bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe. Bathroom has had a recent refit with lots of shelf space and shower has decent water pressure. Good location near to lots of restaurants, and Elm Row bus stop is about a 10min walk. Bear in mind there is no lift and keys must be collected beforehand from Abbey Hotel (about a 20min walk away), or you cannot enter the dedicated carpark. After 5 weeks travelling around Scotland in many different places, I'd mislaid my paperwork for this last booking and we forgot, but someone leaving kindly gave my husband a parking ticket while I collected the keys! The washing machine and fridge are very old and need replacing, but more annoying was the floor that creaks loudly throughout entire apartment; and cheap flimsy cutlery and utensils that bend in use - the can opener bent while opening a tin! I also noticed (because I always do!) that the net curtains drooped and needed hooks replacing. While little can be done about it, several noisy girls from apartment block opposite woke us up midweek partying and singing on balcony until 2AM - it was obviously their last night as we didn't hear them again! All in all, a great choice to stay.…

I stayed here for three nights in July. I found it difficult to find affordable accommodation with a kitchenette, so spent a bit more than I had wanted, but didn't regret it at all. It's so nice to come 'home' to an apartment after a busy day sightseeing. The location was really good and the apartment itself spacious, clean, comfortable and cosy. The only thing that could perhaps be improved are the locks. There is a central door that is locked, but as a woman travelling alone I would have appreciated a good lock on my own front door as well. There were extra locks on it, but they didn't work (so could only use the main lock on my door). But apart from this I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the place!

This is my second stay and I am still impressed with it. Good free parking and close enough to the centre of Edinburgh to walk anywhere. Excellent wi-fi. Apartment suitable for either business or family use.

The price was reasonable for a two bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was quiet. There were pubs and restaurants close to the apartment. We would stay here again.

Lovely and clean. Great location in easy reach of all the sights. The apartment was well equiped and was larger than expected. Ignore anything negative about hot water there is loads and really not. It heats up over night on economy 7, if you want extra in the morning you simply press the boost button when you get up to make a cuppa, it’s then piping hot when you take a shower 20 mins later.. Staff friendly and helpful, good local knowledge. Would stay again.
