Our stay at the Clan Walker was most memorable. It was our first visit to the UK and to have warm and friendly hosts added to the enjoyment. Our room had a great view of King Arthur's Seat which was a must climb. The location with a bus stop at the door and the Kismot, Blonde, Wild Elephant and Salisbury... More

Enjoyable stay, room had every you could need, was spacious and clean. The owners were very facilitating and friendly. Bus stop conveniently out the door or 15mins walk from the centre. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone!! Richy and Debbie. More

The room was smaller than what you see on the website. Comfortable for watching TV, but a pain to get from the bed to the bathroom. The bathroom was minute - the door to the bathroom opened outwards and then not fully as the bed was in the way. Again, we were not informed that the room was in the... More

The guest has complained that he was not informed that the room was on the second floor, however in order to reserve the room, you have an icon to view several images of the room, which clearly show the views from the 2nd floor window, obviously showing that the room is not on the ground floor. If the guest had... More

We stayed here during the Fringe Festival and it was a great experience. The location is a very walkable distance from the Fringe events and you can always take the bus which runs right past the house. The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful, giving directions, advice and even lending us 2 Pounds in change and letting us borrow... More

Wonderfully welcoming hosts John and Lucy made us feel instantly at home in their beautiful city and spoiled us with fantastic Scottish breakfasts. The guesthouse is only ten minutes by bus (via a convenient stop located right outside the door) to the Royal Mile and very close to excellent restaurants. Edinburgh has figured out how to do both family-friendly AND... More

Fantastic hosts, great location, wonderful breakfasts, rooms with all mod cons and super clean. What more could you need for a great stay in Edinburgh. Bus stop is right at the door and so close to Edinburgh city that the car can be parked up. Definitely recommend this B+B to all. More
