The rooms and the bath facilities were rather old and the room to the street not very quiet but we slept well anyway. The breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit and a big selection of almost everything. We did not try the cooked breakfast though. Most of the personnel was very friendly and helpful. Stayed 3 nights at the Richmond and was very happy with the overall package. The price was very good, the room clean and tidy and the location was perfect...just a short walk away from Princes and George Street and the service was second to none. The single room is tiny. It overlooks a major 4-lane main road which is busy 24/7 and the window doesn't shut so there is constant noise. I booked out after one night and went elsewhere more
