Kingsburgh House was a great pick for our trip to Edinburgh!! When we first came in, we were kindly offered complimentary wine, beer, sherry, and chocolates!!! This was such a wonderful touch. It is a small boutique hotel located a little bit outside the city centre of Edinburgh - although it was a little bit outside, it was only about... More

Stayed for 2 nights with my sister at this fabulous little guest house. Andrena and Alan are the nicest people that I have come across in along time. We arrived after 4 hours of driving, to be warmly welcomed by Andrena, She showed us to our twin room which was on the ground floor. The room was beautiful with windows... More

All the positive comments posted here I found to be completely TRUE with no exaggeration. The breakfast was amazing, the place beautiful and clean, and the service impeccable. The hosts are experts at what they do and know how to be friendly and sweet while giving you your personal space (loved that!!). Lots of privacy! We would certainly return and... More

We stayed the one night as a gift to my wife. We were in the Campbell Suite which was maintained in immaculate condition and very nice. When we arrived we were shown to our room by Alan and then invited to the lounge for a welcome drink, during which Alan would explain the local area and places to visit etc,... More

The couple was very nice and when we checked in they offered us wine and gave us some tips on the town. We just loved the house and our room was gorgeous. The English breakfast wasn't great but they also had a large continental breakfast we could take from. I would stay here again. They had lots of extras like... More

Most beautiful room I've every stayed in (four poster suite) and I've been to 5 star hotels. The service was immaculate. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Though not located in the city centre but conveniently located half way between airport and city centre. The bus to the city and airport runs right outside the door.
