Arrived Friday 5th Feb left 7th Feb, hotel clean and accommodating. Friendly helpful receptionist on arrival, gave us unlimited tea/ bags coffee/milk, and details of buses in to city centre. Very good frequent bus service just outside hotel, try to give correct change for fare. Had meal in restaurant, no complaints in fact the liver and bacon, with buttery mash... More

I booked this hotel for my parents 21st anniversary and was so pleased that they were excited to stay here. We have stayed here before and every time we have the service, the room and the food is amazing. The hotel is right next to a bus stop that takes you straight into town.

It was a weekend break with my husband. The staff were fantastic from the time we checked in to leaving the hotel. The room was to usual standards as normal for premier inn hotels. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant on Saturday. Certainly good value for money and excellent service again. The hotel location provided easy access to the... More

The hotel in general is clean and with nice rooms. The problem was the customer service. Since we arrived, they were supposed to give us the room at 2 pm, which is the time that I received in the confirmation by email. As they didn't have the room ready, we had to go to eat in the restaurant from the... More

This is our third stay at this premiere in and to be perfectly honest it will be the last. Our first stay twelve months ago was great, we had a good sized family room for myself, husband and three children. The second stay was poor, on arrival we were given a small room with only one double bed made up...the... More

Needs an update to bring up to usual premier inn standards. No problems but toilets in bar area a bit sad and lock on cubicle door not working. We were able to check in early. Nice walk into city centre if good weather. Just off A1 so easy to find.

When we arrived we went to our room and the room was large with a comfy double bed. Not the most modern premier inn we've been in but it had the basics. We've stayed in many premier inn's and we've always found breakfast to be the best part of our stay. Extremely disappointed with Breakfast here. You cannot help yourself... More
