We stayed here for a long weekend and would really recommend it. Starting with a warm welcome on arrival, the whole stay was a really enjoyable experience. The room was great, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It's just a short bus (or short taxi after a few vinos!) into the centre so you get the beauty of being close with... more

My partner and I went to Edinburgh for a weekend away and we were so pleased with this fantastic hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was spotless with lovely decor. The location was perfect, with a beautiful walk along the river Leith at the bottom of the road and a short and easy bus ride... more

Stayed here with my son for two nights during the Fringe Festival. Judy and Hutch were the perfect hosts, the house is beautiful and we were made to feel at home instantly. We visit Edinburgh often, this was our first stay at the Beverley but it won't be our last. more

We stayed here to visit the Fringe. It's very comfortable with a very pleasant owner. Plenty of advice if you need it. Room and bathroom was very clean. Small flat screen digital TV worked well. Breakfast was very good and very nicely cooked. Nice buffet choice as well. A lot of very's in that, but it's true. It's a bit... more

Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Only disappointment was lack of a common room for relaxing in the evenings. more

We stayed here last summer for our trip through Scotland. It was our first night's stay. The proprietors were knowledgeable about the city and things to do, and very helpful when we checked in. Our room for the four of us was beautiful and very comfortable after our flight from Paris. We enjoyed watching movies in the room and the... more

My boyfriend and I went to Edinburgh for a romantic getaway and we found in The Beverley the perfect place to stay! It’s a little bit away from the center of the city, in a residential area, really calm and charming. We had a lovely view on the hills from our room and the breakfast in the morning was just... more

I can only say that everything has an high value, room, kindness, cleanness, food. The unique flaw is that is too far from the centre, so you have to get bus to reach it. more

We stayed for 2 nights in the Beverley in a beautiful residential area (Murrayfield) that was very close to the stadium & also very close to the bus stop that took you into the centre of town in just 3/4 stops! Our flight arrived late on Sun evening & the moment we stepped in the door (just £12 in a... more

We stayed at the Beverly for 2 nights and it was fantastic. The room was more than big enough of the two of us and was always spotless. The B&B is near a bus stop so getting to and from town is simple and takes only 5/6min max. Breakfast was a treat, although early, it was well worth getting up... more
