Tom and Rowena did not let us down in this our second visit to the Sheridan. once again spotless through- out and a breakfast that left you not needing any elevenses before lunch time. Mine hosts could not be more helpful in anything you need. It's quite simple just ask they will have the answer. Once more many thanks Tom... More

Comfortable and well decorated rooms, fantastic customer service and warm welcome, excellent breakfast and convenient location. What more could you ask for in a stay? Free parking and buses into Edinburgh, though just about walkable as well.

We arrived to a lovely warm welcome from Rowena. Our room was tastefully decorated. & extremely clean. The tea facilities with homemade cookies went down really well after a long journey. The bus runs from just over the road & so getting into Edinburgh was very easy & it was a pleasant walk to Leith for food & a visit... More

Look no further for a first class B&B experience in Edinburgh. Rowena and Tom are ideal hosts - very warm, welcoming and genuinely interested in their guests. Breakfast is superb in all respects and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and look forward to going back.

The Sheridan is a great place to stay in Edinburgh. (Stayed 2 night mid June). Its links to the city on the bus are very convenient. Your hosts, Rowena and Tom are most welcoming and informative and produce the most amazing breakfast. The rooms are pleasant, clean and very homely. As with other reviews the only reason I give this... More

I spent a week in March for a language stage in Edinburgh; My colleagues and I were in this tiny but wonderful B&B and we really had a fantastic staying. Rowena, the nice and friendly owner, is simply great. Our room were clean, tidy and very comfortable. Not to mention the breakfast during which you can have any sort of... More

My husband and I frequently travel internationally, and we have seldom stayed in a 3 star B&B that's as nice as the Sheridan. Though we had rented a car, we chose to take the bus into the city center as this was convenient, easy and stress free. The bus stop is literally across the street from the B&B and the... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, and so very grateful to have found it. Rowena is such a warm and gracious host, and went out of her way to be helpful. LOVELY home, very comfortable room, great breakfast. About a mile away from the city center, but the bus stop is right outside, and the bus runs every 10 minutes --... More

We had a lovely stay of two days at Sheridan Guest House. It is located in the north of Edinburgh. But you can easily reach the city center or other attractions by bus. Bus no. 11 stops right infront of the guest house. The room was very comfortable and pleasant. There was no traffic noise because the room is oriented... More
