The hotel is situated about 10mins drive from the centre, Hanover Street. There is parking outside the hotel. The reception was friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean, shower hot and powerful. Bed was comfortable and above all there was nil noise. Excellent accommodation for a business or busy holiday traveller. more

It was an excellent B&B, the room was very comfy and a tot of whisky on arrival was very welcome. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Edinburgh. It seems the main concern about this guest house is the room at the top. My daughter and I ended up with this room and I must agree with the comments regarding the bathroom.
