Yes, the hotel is a nice one, but the lady (her name is Annette if I'm not mistaken) thinks she is the Queen of the Scots! She finds more important to finish the cleaning (which would take long, we could sense) than to to receive and show the room to guests who had booked the hotel 4 months in advance....... more
