I stayed here for three nights. The good things: friendly and obliging hands-on owners; room (3) very quiet (faces south roughly); room and bathroom nice and clean on arrival; lovely thick curtains; good breakfast, and not too much that one might be tempted to stuff oneself; extra blankets in room if cold. Also, free on-street parking outside. There was always... More

This B&B doesn't look too promising from the outside - could do with a coat of paint etc. However, this impression is quite wrong since it is a great B&B run by Danny and Jasmine Tang who make one's stay there top quality. Everything inside is excellent quality and done in really good taste. The bed linen, the curtains etc... More

Clean, comfortable, good hearty breakfasts, friendly and welcoming, also very helpful on what to do around Edinburgh. Bus stop just outside that takes you into central and to/from the airport. The walk into town is a bit far, about 20mins, so a bus is definitely the best option. All in all, great value for money! Thank-you.

Had a lovely few days at this guest house. Being 8 months pregnant we were given room 4 with en suite which was a lovely spacious room and very convenient. Breakfast was yummy and huge although the black pudding could be fried to improve it. I'd highly recommend the pork sausage though! Also very conveniently located being just a 10... More

Stayed here for the Marathon. Nicely located for walking to the start areas(25-30mins), also several good restaurants within 30mins walking distance. We also found it easy to walk into Edinburgh centre from here. Danny and Jasmine are great hosts and serve a lovely breakfast. We had an en-suite room which was good value for money, you also get coffee/tea making... More
