Having tried a number of Guest Houses in Edinburgh, this has to be the best. Joyce and Neil gave us a warm welcome, and breakfast was superb. The house is lovely with nice antiques and warm colours, not the usual Ikea/beige look that many of these old houses have adopted. It's a bus ride into town, but plenty of good... more
I have stayed at Sandeman House twice, both times travelling to Edinburgh on business. It really made my time in Edinburgh a little special. The house is in a beautiful period terrace in Bruntsflied/Morningside, just off Holy Corner where the bus to the city centre stops every few minutes.
