I stayed in the room overlooking the beautiful garden and Water of Leith beyond and it was very comfortable and big with a modern en suite shower room. The house is located about 15 minutes walk from the west end of Princes Street making it very convenient and quiet... and the breakfast was great! more

Parents, five year old daughter and labradoodle were warmly welcomed. Our room (one of three) was spacious, comfortable, and very nicely appointed. In the room were tea and coffee making facilities and good quality biscuits, and a comfortable sofa to sit on. Very relaxing. The en suite shower room was narrow but nicely appointed, and had high quality shampoos etc... more
