I would not suggest this at all! Tiny room at the end of a long long corridor, I could pretty much have a covo with my room neighbours, typical travelodge, taking away quality for quantity of rooms. Never again!

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and well maintained and hotel is in a perfect location with easy access to transport if needed. I would definitely recommend this to family amd friends.

It is very difficult to find . The entrance is down an alley which had large bins all down it . The entrance and reception were grim . We didn't get any further than the entrance as apart from booking in June we didn't have a room ! They had double booked . We were told this is common practice... More

Reasonably priced for the city centre and surprisingly quiet although a few 'loud voices' from outside the hotel late at night. Just what was needed for a city break. After the long journey, the pleasant attitude of all staff was welcoming. Would recommend.

The location was great, straight over the road from the train station. Yes the entrance isn't the best but didn't bother us. Also, the staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The only disappointment was the 2 additional beds in the family room we had. Really nothing more than 2 small matresses on the floor which... More

Amazing location - short walk from railway station and very helpful tip from a reviewer to walk around back of Topshop and opposite the McDonalds. The entrance is by some bins, but this isn't the hotel's fault and can't be helped. Reception were friendly and allowed me to keep my bag with them for a bit so I could explore,... More

its not a good entrance to the hotel but inside the hotel makes up for everything. we had a room at the very top and we used the lift. the room was very big and we had a great view over princess street and the castle. all ameneties are near at hand.

The entrance is not at the address listed, and we had to ask no less than four strangers where it was before we finally stumbled across it. No air conditioning, although this may be typical for hotels in this area. No telephone. The free WiFi was free for thirty minutes only. Very good location. Maybe okay for younger couples or... More

The location is very close to Edin Waveley station, just a couple minutes walking. The room is big enough (we stayed in a family room and there are 4 beds and enough space!). The bathroom is really nice. But Wi fi was super slow and the noise from the street was a bit annoying some nights.
