Excellent loaction, only two minutes from the Royal mile, well furnished two bedroomed apartment. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The floorboards are quite noisy and you can hear some voices from the surrounding apartments, bring ear plugs. It would not put me off staying here again as everything else was perfect. more

The hotel has excellent facilities with regards to a kitchenette, TV, hot water etc. The rooms are really big, so a room for two people would actually have two separate rooms for each person. brilliant location on the royal mile, secure car parking underneath, staff were very helpfull and also booked transport for us and helped with ideas for restaurants nearby ,very clean room and a lot more space than any hotel, livingroom/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. will defintly stay here next time im in edinburgh. more
