Im not a fussy or picky person at all, stayed in many hotels all over the world, poor countries, wealthy countries, 2 star to 5 star. I've never before had a bad experience from a hotel until now. Bedbug infested, saw from facebook reviews from at least Oct 2014 - we were in room 6, so watch out - they... More

I always book a wheelchair accessible room, but this hotel had terrible access throughout. To get in, there was a steep ramp, leading in to the dining room area, narrow access. In the end, it was easier going up and down the 2 front steps, of the hotel. As for the bedroom, it was just able manageable, but the bathroom... More

The morning after sleeping in the bed I noticed a big blood stain on the sheets I had just slept in. Worst health code violation I could ever imagine. Have to pay extra for WiFi which barely reached our room and dropped out ever 5 minutes. The only good thing about this place was that they refunded my £3 fee... More

Blood on my sheets, towels absolutely stank like vinegar, shower head is the worst by far I've come across to date and I've stayed at a number of cheap HOSTELS... No heat, no pressure... The wifi is charged extra to use in your room and hilariously the signal barely reaches the room anyway... The look of the hallways reminds you... More

Live bed bugs were found in room 6. The receptionist was informed but the owner refuses to answer phone calls or emails. Although I was told I would not have to pay for the night I stayed, full payment was taken from the credit card that was used to make the booking at booking.com. Stay somewhere else!

The hotel looked nice but was not. Some members of staff were quite rude and seemed not to care much about customers. In the room, one of the windows could not close properly, resulting in a very cold and drafty room. The bathroom could need some work done (floor tiles at some places has moved, and the water temperature in... More

Price determined the stay here and overall the hotel lived up to its price tag - average. Reception not so welcoming at first but did warm with a little conversation. Room OK and looked newly decorated but still bears the scars of it's age. Tiny TV! Clean enough. Breakfast was good - though sausage the cheapest money can buy! Only... More

The outside of the hotel is quite decent. Walk inside and opinion starts changing quite quickly. I paid on arrival. Receptionist wasn't friendly at all. I went up to my room (which was a single), and it was really really small. The carpeting was just like strips of carpet just laid down so nothing was holding it down to the... More

We were a group of 8 on a stag doo (sensible stag doo), the hotel is a couple of miles out of town (which means walking into town in around 45min walk (ish)). Rooms were a little dated, the shower in the room we got was broken and wouldn't give more than a trickle of water to get a proper... More

Stayed here for a stag weekend it was miles away from the night life, £9 one way in a taxi, bus route on the doorstep but didnt run late, the rooms were filthy, the carpet in our room was stained with God knows what, the shower was electric and we couldnt get it to run hot at all, and the... More
