Basically poor .... shower room cramped .... mattress lumpy .... single glaze therefore road noise .... wifi that disconnects every 5 minutes. The car park is nice and the proximity to a shopping centre is great! Will I return? No!

After travelling up from Nottingham for work was given a warm welcome on reception by oasis, very polite and well mannered. After work went down to the bar for a drink and was greeted and served by Barbra, very chatty and friendly. Sadly only up for a few days but would definitely stop again rooms are very clean and comfy.

I got a cheap last-minute deal for a double room (£48 for two nights), so can't really expect too much. The room is ok, clean on the surface but spotted stains on the sheet. wifi works fine in my room but i remember it being rubbish when I stayed in a different room at the same hotel last year. I... The staff let us put our bags in the closet for no fee when we arrived pretty early (noonish). But that's the only thing we got for free here. Wifi, breakfast, using credit/debit to pay, storing luggage at checkout... all were pretty costly for a hotel. And the rooms weren't that clean either. We got a triple instead of a... More

We stayed here from the 30th of December to the 1st of December over Hogmanay. We stayed in a family room as there were 3 girls sharing. Room was clean and spacious when we arrived, tea and coffee facilities and a large bathroom. Water was hot every morning and we always had enough for 3 girls to shower in the... More

Very nice hostel, we got a en suite room, TV and a great view of the road. Very close to the city centre and Edinburgh castle. Many parking spaces as well. Though we lived here for just a night, we didn't enough of it and could have spent another without a second thought !

Staff weren't very helpful. They have a night club that's under the rooms, so sleep isn't an option when they are playing their music. Wouldn't turn it down when asked. The rooms are filthy never got properly cleaned the entire stay. The tea cups we used had to be clean by us. Must have been to hard I guess. Wouldn't... More

Hotel was fine and room as clean and tidy ... shower ok but no toiletries apart from a hand wash dispenser. If you need WIFI there's a charge and also a charge for using credit and debit cards which is a new one on me. Breakfast reasonable and the hotel is in a nice enough area. Not sure I'd recommend...
