Staff weren't very helpful. They have a night club that's under the rooms, so sleep isn't an option when they are playing their music. Wouldn't turn it down when asked. The rooms are filthy never got properly cleaned the entire stay. The tea cups we used had to be clean by us. Must have been to hard I guess. Wouldn't... More

Hotel was fine and room as clean and tidy ... shower ok but no toiletries apart from a hand wash dispenser. If you need WIFI there's a charge and also a charge for using credit and debit cards which is a new one on me. Breakfast reasonable and the hotel is in a nice enough area. Not sure I'd recommend... If I could give this hotel 0 star I would. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in! The man on the reception had the worst attitude in customer service I have ever came across! When we complained that we had been kept up, by a wedding function below us till two in the morning with loud music, and the guests... More

I was unableto also get any cutlery for our food as there was... More

When we arrived the rooms we're not heated at all. Freezing cold and stains everywhere. The windows didn't close tight and after asking the owner about the lack of heating, they informed that they we're saving the heat and it took some time to reheat. Let's just say it was still freezing the next morning. They didn't have any other... More

My wife and i stayed 2 nights during late September 2014 at this place. It is a b&b not a hotel in my view. They were supposed to collect us at the airport but did not. We were charged 5 per cent more for using a credit card. Then 7 pounds 50 each for breakfast. All 'hidden' costs that had... More

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in: The staff are rude and unhelpful The whole place is dirty, dust and hairs all up the stairs and the rooms where disgusting with stains all over the carpet. Shower just dumped in the room, no ventilation, smoke alarms taped up so the shower don't set it off. Bed was so old,... More

Stayed here with my girlfriend. Lovely! The blonde haired girl was very polite and helpful, great asset to this hotel. While in a few areas it could do with a refurb the majority of it is super, very clean! Our room had a terrace which was nice, room cleaned everyday and fresh towels. The breakfast was ok but I've had... More
