Take heed Travelodge management fix it or loose customers. Don't just put in cosmetic improvements fix the underlying problems like the all pervasive bad mouldy smell, poorly fitting windows and unspeakable toilets. Furthermore, if you treat your guests like animals then they will behave like animals. Next time I will take my own cardboard box and camping stove.

Stayed there for my stag do it was ten min in to town in taxi but that's not to bad as it easy to get taxis in Edinburgh room was clean and there's a little chef and a esso garage next to it

We booked cheap room as we were travelling to visit the zoo, it wasn't too far from the town centre (in a car) petrol station next door if we needed anything, rooms basic but comfortable and clean, would stay again if visiting Scotland. :)
