Went on a 6 girl hen weekend in 2006 and stayed here. There were three single beds in our room and it was truly lovely, there was tons of room, our huge sash windows overlooked a lovely manicured garden, it was very light and airy, the decor was quite traditional so minimalists beware as it could be a bit too... Nice hotel - Georgian style. We were upgraded to a family room (and so was our friend - it was huge), but unfortunately had no shower, just a bath. The breakfast is delicious and we weren't charged any extra to have it in the room. Clean and spacious rooms, close to Princes Street, friendly staff.

The hotel although a bit scruffy around the edges, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was not so nice. There was hairs visible on the bathroom floor along side the bath from the previous occupant.
