Robin and Nikki were exceptional hosts in a perfect location near enough to walk through the beautiful park to Edinburgh city centre. The breakfasts were amazing and Nikki's daily specials and her porridge were out of this world!!!

Wonderful hospitality. The hosts are delightful and make everyone feel comfortable at the common breakfast table. Helpful about parking and walking or driving routes. Comfy, bright rooms. Nice touches of tea, water, sherry, biscuits. Really everything is just lovely.
