Just returned from a fantastic weekend in Edinburgh and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at No.11. We travelled in a party of 10 celebrating a birthday and we were all made very welome. My husband and I stayed in the executive suite which was amazing, 4 poster bed and copper bath in the room, what more could you ask for, an... More

I at writing a review tonight as I would like to congratulate No 11 for excellent service and food consistently. We have been to dinner at No 11 tonight as it Is my husband's 65th birthday! We had an excellent meal with excellent service. The first visit to No 11 was for our daughters 40th birthday dinner (who is a... More

I got a really good last minute bed and breakfast deal on a small double room at No. 11, so can't really complain about the fact that it was in the basement and therefore lacking light a bit. What was off-putting though was the fact it was next to an external door that led to a storeroom and so was... More

Very friendly and helpful staff, really goes the extra mile. Exceptional support as a tourist in holding our baggage and transfers. Rooms are clean and stylish but would have liked a view. Breakfast not worth it, rather go out. Their Chrismas menu was great! Peasant dish was amazing!

Had the worst afternoon tea experience of my life. In fact having been given a freebie for 2 I'm kind of in two minds as to whether I would even feel happy to give it away. Poor from start to finish, cheap ingredients, poor service and no atmosphere what so ever. The manager tried his best but not good enough,... More

Upon entering No 11, we were greeted by Richard. He was most helpful and got us checked into our room as quickly as possible. We stayed in room 6 which is a Georgian suite, it was beautifully decorated and spacious with comfy sofas, tv, writing desk and dressing table, and a huge 4 poster bed that was extremely comfortable. Neatly... More

Having just spent a night in this hotel, I have to say it is very convenient for Edinburgh city centre.(5-10 minute walk) We were given room 8 at the top of the stairs. Big room with smallish on suite. It was very clean and had all the facilities you would require. Tea/coffee, TV, DVD player, Bath robes etc. We found... More

We stayed in the No 11 Boutique hotel for one overnight in January 2015. There's parking right outside of the hotel on the street which was great, as having stayed in Edinburgh before and had to spend a fortune on parking! We were greeted by a friendly reception member who showed us up to our room (10) which was lovely... More

This little gem is approx. one mile away from Waverley station and is a great place to unwind when in Edinburgh. The staff, the rooms and the food are all first class. A booking issue that was no fault of theirs was sorted out without any fuss by a very helpful chap called Richard and after that it was a... More

I just cannot believe some of the reviews here re food and service! Don't think they've been to the same place we've been!! We were invited here by friends, but were seriously held up on our journey north - by hours! We agreed to meet our friends at the hotel restaurant. The hotel was beyond understanding over our delay, took... More
