The No 11 hotel is a boutique hotel situated on a residential area. About 10 mins walk to the thorough fare of Edinburgh. There you can find the main sights, shops, eateries , galleries in Edinburgh. The restaurant of the hotel serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It offers weekly cocktails and is also popular with locals. Breakfast is cooked to... More

This hotel has it all. Our room was huge, king bed, table and very nice chairs in front of a window that just called you to sit in😊. The bathroom had a heated towel rack and heated floors. The service was fabulous. Very kind, helpful staff. Breakfast was good and lots of it. Location was great. Walking distance to the... More

I stayed here on a UK holiday for 2 nights and was impressed by both the dining and the room I stayed in. The hotel is close to Waverley Station, close enough to walk; it's a charming building with a charming staff and beautifully appointed rooms. I booked a standard double which was one of the larger rooms I have... More

Came with 4 friends for afternoon tea. Food was delicious and the service wonderful - would recommend as s little hidden gem in the City. We ended up staying and having a wine afterwards - just the thing for a lazy Sunday.

I stayed at No.11 Brunswick on 2 separate occasions bookending a tour to the Highlands in the middle, and I adore this boutique hotel! The story behind this house gives it such character, which I found charming and apt considering Edinburgh and Scotland is full of stories both real and in folklore. The hotel is on the New Town side,... More

I have visited the restaurant at No.11 twice now. Once for a birthday dinner and once for afternoon tea. The dinner was delicious, the afternoon tea lovely and because we had a voucher - outstanding value. The sandwiches was very fresh and the patisserie selection lovely. We were subjected to very kind attention and great service by Richard and other... More

A great welcome greeted us when we arrived at this lovely small boutique hotel. Our room was just fantastic, extremely spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Dinner in the evening was delicious, a real treat. The hotel is very central, but just off the main hustle & bustle which was ideal.

My partner took me to this hotel for our anniversary and he made a great choice, this hotel is beautiful, the staff are lovely and a great location. The food was also great, although we only had breakfast. Fantastic hotel, highly recommend a visit if you're looking to stay in Edinburgh for a night or two.

Stayed at this hotel for the last evening of the Edinburgh Fringe for my partner's 30th. This hotel is centrally located and within short walking distance of Waverly train station - just what we needed. We stayed downstairs in room 2, a wonderful spacious room with a lovely bathrrom complete with rainfall shower. The receptionish showed us personally to our... More

Our friends had purchased us a gift voucher for one night at the hotel as a wedding gift, we extended this for a further night when we finally got around to using the voucher for our anniversary. The decor was to our taste and was both striking, interesting and comfortable, the room spacious, meticulously clean, and luxurious. We had dinner... More
