Lovely hotel, very nice clean room and a great view of the city and Edinburgh Castle, bus stop close by with a very easy route to all main attractions.

I have stayed in a few holiday inns recently and this is a really good example of one. the cafe/bar area is nice and chilled. there is free parking. the room was a great size and the bed comfortable. it is a cab ride from the city centre, but not too far. the breakfast wa second to none.
