Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were friendly and very obliging. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and we found the location of the hotel perfect for getting into Edinburgh either on foot or by bus. We would highly recommend.

This hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to Edinburgh town centre (approx 20 mins) There is also a bus stop directly across the road. We stayed here for the Rugby weekend and had a wonderful time. Rooms were comfortable and staff very helpful. The breakfasts were all freshly cooked and very tasty. We will return on our next visit

I stayed here with my partner in August to attend a concert. Unfortunately because the edinburgh festival was on the price was for peak season which I feel was on expensive side.
